THE WORLD NEEDS MORE
ORIGINAL THINKERS.
Everywhere we turn, there are expectations about how we should think, behave, work and succeed.
But when we follow convention, rely on comfortable ways of thinking and stop questioning what we take for granted, we risk missing out on the extraordinary possibilities that fresh perspectives and original thinking can unlock.
Imagine what could become possible if we made more of what makes us original.
DISCOVER YOUR ORIGINAL EDGE.
The qualities that make us distinctive aren't always the ones we recognise as strengths. We might overlook them, undervalue them or even see them as something holding us back.
Yet what makes you distinctive could hold extraordinary potential.
Developing your Original Edge means discovering that potential, cultivating your distinctive strengths and perspectives, and learning how to harness them to open up new opportunities.
It's about moving beyond prescribed formulas to nurture your own ways of thinking, communicating, collaborating and making your mark.
THE ENGINE BEHIND
ORIGINAL EDGE
I'm Loretta Milan, communication expert and the driving force behind Original Edge.
For 25 years, I've helped leaders, entrepreneurs and changemakers amplify their voice, stand out and achieve greater influence, recognition and impact.
My expertise spans FTSE 100 and global brands, education, charities and SMEs, including work with hundreds of ambitious teams across engineering, technology, innovation and the creative industries.
Working across these different worlds has helped me develop powerful ways to challenge conventional thinking, connect seemingly unrelated ideas and find original approaches that unlock new possibilities and help people realise their ambitions.
I've also seen first-hand how conformity and established expectations can limit people's potential and the extraordinary possibilities that open up when we think differently and make the most of what makes us distinctive.
That's the thinking behind Original Edge.
